As I look over this list of experiences during this time, I am reminded just how much our mindset impacts our experiences.
The cry of my heart for 2020 is that God would stir a passion in my heart.

I know there are many Christians questioning how someone could renounce their faith, but I must say that I understand. Although I never gave up on God, I was close.
None of us likes the pain and trials of this world. We don’t rejoice when life gets hard, when we are struck with illness or the loss of a loved one. We don’t look forward to these painful circumstances that are part of the human experience.
I don’t know those answers, but today I find myself crying out for God to help my unbelief…
